Qnity ERG 

Over Pride Month in June 2025, Godrej Capital launched Qnity, an Employee Resource Group (ERG) for the LGBTQIA+ community. Qnity is designed to create a safe and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies for open dialogue, shared learning, and community building. It aims to drive awareness, influence inclusive policies, and support personal and professional growth across the organisation.
