Queer India Fellowship (QIF) is a 12-month leadership programme aimed at nurturing and advancing emerging queer leaders across India. The Godrej DEI Lab is partnering with the Godrej Foundation for QIF.

The fellowship will enable and encourage queer leadership across diverse fields. It will further add to the momentum for social acceptance, legal reforms, and equity for queer Indians, and support the visibility and dignity of queer Indian leadership in the mainstream.
