Hi, we're Godrej Capital Limited (GC), and our DEI commitments are one-of-a-kind in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector.

We know that BFSI companies tend to report low diversity scores across the board, and we're striving to pull ahead of the curve. Our current focus is to enable more and more women to rise to leadership positions, and to encourage persons with disabilities to join us by making professional journeys at GC as seamless as possible. We're striving to improve constantly, and we hope our stories reflect that.
