We're on the same DEI journey as you, and we're always looking for resources to learn more and do better. Our fantastic colleagues at the Godrej Industries group have created and curated some excellent resources related to DEI. Apart from resources related to our focus cohorts, we have a new sub-section, Respect @ Godrej which is updated every month with our communications focussed on workplace boundaries and respect, sent to our fellow Godrejites.
