Pride in Tech

In February 2026, Godrej Capital launched an industry-first Pride in Tech Hackathon, a targeted hiring initiative to attract LGBTQIA+ talent in tech. Our hackathon was designed to provide equitable access to opportunities while enabling participants to showcase their skills through real-world problem statements.  We had over 1,298 registrations from across the country: an enthusiastic response! Following multiple rounds of evaluation, shortlisted participants advanced to the finale, which was hosted at Godrej One. One outstanding individual winner was selected, and pre-placement offers (PPOs) were extended to the selected candidates.
